How pickup works

• Book by 12:00 PM (noon), any day of the week, for same-day pickup, or choose any open day — our truck arrives between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Please remove all sheets, mattress covers, protectors and bedding before pickup so the mattress is bare and ready to load.
• Place your mattress(es) curbside, in the driveway, or in a spot our truck can pull right up to — for example just behind a backyard access gate.
• Our crew does not go inside homes or buildings — items must be reachable from outside.
• Have your items in place by the start of the arrival window on your pickup day — or right away if you booked a same-day pickup.
• Keep the driveway, gate and walkway clear so our crew can reach your items safely.
• Only the items on your paid order are collected — to add another mattress, place a new order before your pickup day.
• Mattresses in any condition are welcome — stains, tears and sagging are fine.
• All payments are made online before booking — complete your order first, then schedule your pickup with the link on your receipt.
