How bulk pricing works
Commercial orders use the same per-item prices as every other order. When an order holds 10 or more items, 50% is taken off the whole order automatically at checkout. There is no code to enter and no account to set up. Sizes can be mixed, and box springs, mattress toppers and metal bed frames count toward the 10.

How a commercial pickup works
- Count what you have by size. Each mattress, box spring, mattress topper or metal bed frame is one item.
- Order online. Add each size and quantity to your cart on the booking page and pay online. The bulk discount appears in your order total as soon as the cart reaches 10 items.
- Choose your pickup day. Use the scheduling link on your receipt. Pickups run 7 days a week, and booking by 12:00 PM (noon) lets you choose the same day.
- Stage everything outside. Put all items in one spot our truck can pull right up to, such as a parking area, a loading dock, the curb or beside the dumpster enclosure. Our crew does not go inside homes or buildings.
- We load and recycle. Our truck arrives between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on your pickup day, and our crew loads every item on the order.
Where the mattresses go
Every mattress is taken to our recycling facility, where the foam, springs, wood and fabric are separated and sorted rather than sent to a landfill. Clean, suitable mattress fabric is sewn into large dog beds stuffed with recycled mattress foam, and the finished beds are donated to animal shelters and rescue organizations in our area. Good to know before you order
- Mattresses in any condition are accepted. Stains, tears and sagging are fine.
- Please remove sheets, mattress covers, protectors and bedding so each mattress is bare and ready to load.
- Only the items on your paid order are collected. If the count grows, place another order before your pickup day.

No. Our crew does not go inside homes or buildings. Stage every item in one spot our truck can pull right up to, such as a parking area, a loading dock, the curb or beside the dumpster enclosure, and we load from there.
How do we pay for a commercial pickup?
All payments are made online. Add each size and quantity to your cart at myoldmattress.com/shop and check out. The scheduling link on your receipt then lets you choose the pickup day.
How soon can you pick up a bulk order?
Pickups run 7 days a week with an arrival window of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Book by 12:00 PM (noon) and you can choose a same-day pickup. After 12:00 PM (noon) the earliest pickup is the next pickup day.
Can we mix sizes on one bulk order?
Yes. Any mix of toddler, twin, full, queen and king mattresses, box springs, mattress toppers and metal bed frames counts. The discount is based on the total number of items on the order.
What happens to the mattresses after pickup?
They go to our recycling facility, where the foam, springs, wood and fabric are separated and sorted rather than sent to a landfill. Clean, suitable fabric and foam are made into dog beds that we donate to animal shelters and rescue organizations in our area.
What if our pickup day needs to change?
Email pickup@myoldmattress.com about the change and we will reschedule it. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
