What qualifies
This pickup is for metal bed frames only. Frames made of wood or plastic are not covered by this item. If you are not sure about yours, send us a message before you order.
What this pickup covers
- One metal bed frame per pickup on your order, collected for metal recycling.
- Loading by our crew from the curb, the driveway or a spot our truck can pull right up to.
- The same visit as your mattress pickup when both are on one paid order. Only the items on your order are collected, so add the frame before your pickup day.
Getting it ready
Set the frame outside with your mattress before the start of the arrival window on your pickup day. Our crew does not go inside homes or buildings, so everything needs to be reachable from outside, with the driveway and walkway clear.
Pay online, then choose your day with the link on your receipt. Book by 12:00 PM (noon), any day of the week, for same-day pickup. Our truck arrives between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Pickup day questions are answered in the FAQ.
