Is it a queen?
A standard queen measures about 60 inches wide by 80 inches long. If yours is 76 inches wide it is a king, and 54 inches wide is a full. Measuring the width is the quickest way to be sure you order the right pickup. RV, camper or other odd-size mattress? Order the size it's closest to — an honest estimate is all we ask.
What this pickup covers
- One queen mattress or one queen box spring per pickup on your order. Upgrading the whole bed? Add one pickup for the mattress and one for the box spring.
- Mattresses in any condition. Stains, tears and sagging are fine.
- Loading by our crew from the curb, the driveway or a spot our truck can pull right up to.
Before pickup day
Remove all sheets, mattress covers, protectors and bedding so the mattress is bare and ready to load. Bring it outside before your pickup day, because our crew does not go inside homes or buildings. A queen is easier with two people, so line up a helper for the carry out.
How scheduling works
All payments are made online. Once your order is complete, the link on your receipt lets you choose any open day. Book by 12:00 PM (noon), any day of the week, for same-day pickup, and the truck arrives between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. See the FAQ for more.
