Recycle Your Mattress into a Shelter Dog Bed

Your old mattress gave you years of rest. Now it can give a shelter dog a soft, warm place to wait for a forever home.

A soft place to wait for home

Every dog in a shelter is waiting — for a walk, for a friendly face, for the family that will finally take them home. While they wait, a soft bed of their own is one of the simplest comforts they can have.

That's where your old mattress comes in. When we pick it up, we take it to our Williamson County recycling facility, separate its materials, and sew the clean, suitable fabric into large, cozy dog beds stuffed with recycled mattress foam. Then we donate the beds to animal shelters and rescue organizations right here in Williamson County.
